Peer Employment Pathway (PEP) Actor

Archie Smith is a twenty three year old actor and technician who has Down Syndrome.

Over the last year Archie has developed his skills in Performance Skills, especially improvisation. He loves every opportunity to shadow our technicians and develop his knowledge of technical theatre. This year Archie is working with the PAD students on ‘All Change’ leading workshops in primary schools to develop a new play for year 6.

After Peer, Archie hopes to work professionally in theatre.
