Or Chair Caroline believes passionately in the power of theatre and imagination to change young people’s lives for the better, and recently completed an MA in Children’s Literature. Her dissertation explored the links between imaginative empathy and youth eco-activism.
She is an experienced senior leader in the not for profit sector and a qualified solicitor who has worked in education for much of the last twenty years, most recently as Chief Executive of the Independent Schools Inspectorate.
Nina founded the company back in 2006 and leads our creative output and development. She is our founder trustee as well as our resident playwright and oversees all artistic aspects of the organisation.
A creative leader for 20+ years, James has held a number of high profile media roles. Currently VP for the music event For One Night Only, he is also a creative consultant for world famous organisations such as the V&A Museum.
Alison has over 20 years’ experience gained working within the Media and Entertainment industry with a deep network and knowledge of international markets. She currently runs NBCUniversal’s internal Executive Search Practice across their international portfolio of businesses including: Film, Television Direct to Consumer, Channels, Theme Parks and Sky.
Shirley Whyte is an experienced strategic marketer with a background in propelling brand growth, particularly within the digital landscape. She holds an MBA and is based in London. Shirley is skilled at quickly grasping market dynamics and leveraging opportunities that drive performance. Her passion lies in crafting authentic brand narratives, utilising multiple channels to bring the organisation's vision to life.
Tim Hargrave has over 20 years accountancy experience, working in both the Finance and Airline industries, and has been a member of CIMA since 1996.
Erin Skelton brings over sixteen years of senior leadership experience in state and independent education, spanning both faith-based and secular institutions in both academic and pastoral roles. Among her specialisms are safeguarding, adverse childhood trauma and developing a strong sense of belonging for the young people she works with.
