Alison Mathers

Alison is an executive board advisor, strategic and operational global talent professional.  She has extensive experience gained working in the Media and Entertainment industry, with a wide range of organisations, from very small to large corporates across the UK, US, EMEA and APAC.  An expert in working with boards and executives, both internally and externally, to navigate their people strategies and manage their talent.  She currently runs NBCUniversal’s internal executive search practice across their international portfolio of businesses including: Film, Television Direct to Consumer, Networks, Theme Parks, and Sky.

A passionate advocate of Women’s Rights, Alison is the former Chair of NBCUniversal’s International Women’s Network and International representative for DEI efforts at NBCUniversal. She is also an active member of: Women on Boards, Women of the World, Women in Film & TV, and the United Nations.
