A creative leader for 20+ years, James has held a number of high profile media roles. Currently VP for the music event For One Night Only, he is also a creative consultant for world famous organisations such as the V&A Museum. 

As Head of BBC Music, James ran music content across all BBC platforms, including Glastonbury Festival and the BBC’s emerging talent platform, BBC Introducing.

His other roles have included Head of BBC Radio 6 Music, Executive Editor Eurovision 2023, and BBC 100 - responsible for the BBC’s global centenary celebrations. He was also an Executive Producer at the ABC in Sydney, Australia.
