Erin Skelton

Erin Skelton brings over sixteen years of senior leadership experience in state and independent education, spanning both faith-based and secular institutions in both academic and pastoral roles. Among her specialisms are safeguarding, adverse childhood trauma and developing a strong sense of belonging for the young people she works with.

Erin currently splits her time between the classroom, as Chief Strategy Officer at Bright Field Consulting, and as freelance facilitator and keynote speaker. Erin specialises in coaching and mentoring aspiring and current educational leaders and collaborates with schools worldwide to enhance their strategy, pedagogy, and infrastructure.
