The Story of Us

The Story of Us is a pioneering new theatre and activism project from Peer Productions. This Arts Council England funded project has already seen our PEP ensemble of learning disabled adult actors and theatre makers work with professional theatre makers from a range of different disciplines and devise and deliver a full scale production to professionals and the wider community. For this final stage of the project we are developing digital resources for professionals who work with learning disabled young people and a small team of six actors have adapted the play to share their story of ambition, hope and friendship with teenagers with learning disabilities.

This play is embarking on a small scale tour of SEN schools and colleges in June 2024 with a public performance at Oasis Farm near Waterloo in London. Book your tickets for the public performance here.
