Creative Labs

All participants on our Actor Development Course have the opportunity to take part in at least one of Peer Productions’ Creative Lab Projects.

Working with your peers and one of Peer Productions’ directors, you will take part in a creative project designed to develop your skills, confidence and creativity as an artist. Sometimes this work will be shared in-house in a more forgiving space in which you can take risks and push themselves as an artist in a safe and supportive environment. Other times the work is shared with a wider audience. 

We have previously worked on a Creative Lab Project which involves developing podcasts exploring the Forgotten Women of History as well as performing plays such as Wolves are Coming for you, Girls Like That and a devised piece, Women Like Us.

Each Creative Lab Project is unique and designed specifically in response to the needs of the learners and the skill set of the lead practitioner.  You will receive detailed feedback on your creative process, professional conduct and performance.
