Aedan Day
Aedan is an actor, writer, director and teacher. He graduated from Peer Productions in 2015, then trained at drama school Rose Bruford College graduating in 2019. In his spare time whilst training, Aedan also founded and taught the Rose Bruford Playwriting Group. He recently worked as the acting coach for feature film House of Bricks which premiered in Los Angeles in June.
Stage credits include; Anthony in Preach (Hoxton Hall), Buddy Fidler in City of Angels (Stratford Circus), The Boy in The Snowman(Birmingham Rep/Sadler’s Wells and Seoul Opera House), Edwards in Blue Stockings, Ferdinand in The Duchess of Malfi, Angelo in Measure for Measure, Estragon in Waiting for Godot, Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Belyaev in Three Days in the Country (Rose Bruford).
Playwriting credits include; Responsibility (RBC Symposium), Daffy (Redgates Theatre), Could You Be Loved (UpFest) and Half-Cast (PP Politics).
Directing credits include; Congratulations by Isobel Hughes (Ye Olde Rose & Crown), Stray Dogs by Matt Wixey (Page to Stage, Horse & Stables), and his own works; Responsibility, Could You Be Loved and Half-Cast.
Aedan loves actors, and loves to empower them through the work. He works very physically and with detail and flair to ensure actors can feel liberated and instinctive in the work they do. He has worked with Peer Productions as a facilitator, teacher and actor on a freelance basis since 2015.
