Rachael Illingworth

Rachael graduated from Peer Productions' Actor Development Programme in 2021 before going on to study Drama, Theatre, and Performance at the University of Sussex, earning a BA (Hons). She has since returned to Peer Productions as a Learning Assistant on the PEP.

Whilst at University, she worked on How to Be Together an immersive installation inspired by nature that promoted inclusivity through collective movement and sensory play. This experience strengthened her belief in theatre’s power to bring people together, fostering connection, creativity, and a shared sense of belonging.

Passionate about making a difference, Rachael is dedicated to supporting SEND individuals learn and express themselves through theatre.

When she’s not at Peer, you’ll likely find her on the tennis court, planning her next travel adventure, or having a boogie to Taylor Swift!
