Our Work
Our original educational plays tackle the issues that matter most to young people. To date, these have included eating disorders, homophobia, alcohol misuse, sex and relationships, and mental health issues. We have excellent relationships with a large number of schools, with many booking our work every year as an integral part of their programme. Each school year, our touring productions reach over 15,000 young people across the South East of England, enabling them to change the way they think and to make positive life choices. Throughout every stage of the creative process, our work is made with, by and for young people.
TRAINING FOR YOUNG ACTORS
Every year, we run an Actor Development Programme for young artists aged between 18-23. This programme takes on an annual cohort of no more than 20 learners for a full year of free, full time training in performing arts.
It offers a chance to act in a range of touring productions and to work on various different creative projects. The course is accredited using the RSL Level 4 Creative Practitioner Diploma, a qualification specifically designed for aspiring industry professionals.
Our Projects and Outreach
We believe all young people deserve to have the opportunity to access arts education so offer a range of outreach workshops and creative activities targeting young people who are disadvantaged. Specifically we offer the Generation Girls programme for Autistic girls and girls with learning disabilities.
MEET THE TEAM
Our Team is made up of a creative bunch from a range of backgrounds, all of whom share a common goal: to use the power of the arts to inspire positive change in the lives of young people and their communities.
As well as our office base in Woking, several of our team members also work remotely, and we are dedicated to creating a company culture that supports our whole team beyond simply the job they do. To us, this means taking a compassionate approach that builds support for neuro-diversity, gender-equality, and social justice into everything we do.
Funders and Partners
As a registered charity, we are supported by a range of trusts & foundations, statutory and corporate funders and individual donors. These funders and their donations enable us to continue to transform and improve the lives and wellbeing of young people. Their generosity means that state schools across the South East can access our performances and resources free of charge, and allow us to keep growing both our reach and our ambition.

Peer Place
In 2021, we moved into our own dedicated performance and office space for the first time. Over the coming months, we plan to develop the two storey site, based in the centre of Woking, into a thriving hub for youth arts.
Efforts are currently underway to raise funds for this development, and every penny will help us to create a space dedicated to transforming the lives of young people through theatre and the arts.
Annual Report
Each year, we publish an annual report - summarising our projects and outreach for the year.
You can read last years report via the e-reader here, or visit our page on the Charity Commissions website for more information and to access the reports for previous years.
